Time to move on

So, it's official. Tami and I have decided to move away from our first home and invest in a new one. It's been something we've talked about ever since we flooded last year. It's been quite the experience looking at new homes and trying to decide whether to buy used or build again. We met with a realtor today and are going to "move" on this pretty quickly. We are hoping to stay in Spanish Fork though.
