Fingers and Toes
Recently if I'm in the bathroom with the door locked, I'll hear the kids outside the door and they love trying to get my attention by saying "Daddy, are you in there?" and then they stick their fingers and hands under the door. Of course I'll play games with them and try to get their fingers and toes, which they get a kick out of. They're funny kids.

My brother used to do that to me until I started pouring shaving cream and soap on his fingers. That will give them an unexpected surprise.
